No record of Pitt-Jolie in RP-- airport exec

MANILA, Philippines -- The Manila International Airport Authority, which operates the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, said on Sunday said it had no record of movie couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's reported trip to the Philippines last week.

"Thus far, it's a negative on any arrival of anyone looking like Brad or Angelina at NAIA. No private jet also," Tirso Serrano, MIAA deputy general manager for airport development and corporate affairs, told the Philippine Daily Inquirer in a phone interview.

The online site of the British newspaper Daily Mail citing an unnamed source, reported that Jolie arrived by private jet at NAIA last week.

She reportedly temporarily left the shooting of her new film "Salt" to go to Manila and would be returning to New York on Monday evening.

The paper also said that the couple, dubbed Brangelina by fans, have been planning to adopt a child from the Philippines after being refused in Burma (Myanmar) by authorities there.

Daily Mail is one of the major newspapers to first publish a story on the Jolie trip.

The couple's plan to visit the Philippines has been in showbiz blogs and forums for the past two weeks.

Serrano said he checked with NAIA departments coordinating arrival of VIPs with the government agencies such as the immigration and the aviation police, but there was no information about the arrival of the couple.

"We have those rumors since last week. We would have known if they arrived. The other possibility is that they used another airport," Serrano added.

Angelina has too many issues to solve and I never believe she'll stay with Brad.

Why not adopt another African baby so Zahara can have a sibling she can identify with?

Don't worry, they'll have some big announcement just in time for the release of Brad's Tarantino flick this summer. And as usual, they'll conveniently donate money to an orphanage the weekend the movie comes out. That's how they've played it for the last several movies. They have no shame. And obviously, to point out these conveniently timed PR stunts means you can't appreciate what wonderful, charitable, selfless people they are.

First unless you are a close trusted friend you are speculating. Secondly, if your not the first who are you or anyone to say how good a parent they or Madonna are or how they should conduct their life. How would you feel if total strangers were doing the same to you unless they were paid professionals doign their job?

You don't have to know them to see that moving kids to a different country and a different house every six weeks is not a healthy environment for any child. As for Madonna, she spends most of her time on tour when she isn't running around with a 22 year old Brazilian model for PR. You don't have to know these people to see they are psycho, self-absorbed and hungry for attention. I would much rather have these kids adopted by loving people who are mentally stable. Even if it means the kids won't be able to fly around in a private jet surrounded by nannies.

Everything about these two is an illusion. I love it whenever they are in public with their kids they make sure the nannies are no where near a camera. What a bunch of fake a-holes.

No adoptions allowed except for residents of that country, and they were not even in that country last week. How can anyone other than a fool believe anything written in the Daily Mail? They are not the first celeb family that always stays together, Dustin Hoffman always does and so does Matt Damon. Leave them alone and mind your own business and take care of your own kids.

Lots of celebs adopt and take their families on locations and tours with them but the screams are all about Madonna and Brad and Angie only because they adopt kids of color and especially kids from Africa. Racism is alive and well on this blog. Sharon Stone has adopted 3 kids, all blond, and does not even have primary custody of the oldest, but no screams about her behavior. Madonna's and Brad and Angie's kids appear well loved and well behaved when in public even with 100's of paps scraming at them and chasing them. Children's home is being in the security of the people who love them, not some physical building, this is just a mask. Real reason some here are critical is racism. That's the plain truth.

Daily Mail has said in the last month they are adopting from India, then Burma, now the Phillipines. LOL. Guess the UK tab can't even keep up with their lies from week to week.

Angelina is "spending time" with those kids only when photographers are around, they are her fashion accessories that attract attention and make her look good.

Angie thinks that cute children she displayes will make people forget that she is mentally ill lesbian and drug addict who is into cutting herself, knives, incest, blood etc. and that people are naive enough to fall for her fake mother Theresa act.

And last time I checked Sharon Stone didn't invite a camera crew to any of her adoptions. When you turn your children and your private life into a giant reality show, people are allowed to comment on your behavior and it doesn't matter what your children's skin color is.

Racism is exploiting the people of Namibia so you can use their country as a prop to give birth to your blonde, blue eyed daughter and pretend like you actually care about the poor people of Africa. Why even have your kid in Africa if you don't trust the local doctors and fly in some rich white doctor from Beverly Hills to deliver the kid? So you can tell everyone your kid was born in Africa. These people have exploited entire African nations to make themselves look like some global family. WTF??

While they were in Namibia they spent a $100,000 a week to stay at a resort for the super-rich. Reporters were not allowed into the country to do any news pieces on the people of Namibia. Reporters were only allowed in if they were going to interview Brad and Angelina. Who shuts down an entire country just to have a baby? Even Presidents and Prime Ministers, Kings and Queens wouldn't be that egotistical. These two are sick, selfish and totally full of themselves.

And we learned nothing about Namibia. About it's people, it's plight. Nothing. In the end it was just a set piece in a Brad and Angelina production.

adopting kids won't help our economy...and even if we needed help, we won't turn to other people to solve our problems..we need a national renewal in our country..only then we'll be able to get rid of what's bothering the phillipines...

Okay, I think it is awesome that they can give there kids the lives that they deserve!! Those kids are more privliged than all of you will ever be!! Quit being so negative.
