I do to Kenya & Uganda ever Oct/Nov on medical missions, and I have been to Haiti on medical missions to remote mountain areas twice since the earthquake. As Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR she uses her fame to bring attention to the plight of refugees around the world. Oh and btw she's been published multiple times in the Washington Post for her articles on the crisis in Darfur and Iraq. She published a book on her field work with UNHCR and 100% of the proceeds go to feeding and clothing the people she advocates for. Think before you type. Educate yourselves on her work, then ask yourself why she meet with heads of state.
