Angelina Jolie Visits Somali Refugee Camp

Angelina Jolie was photographed visiting Somali refugees at the Dadaab refugee camp on the Kenya-Somalia border, and the actress spoke with the children and young women at the camp during her stay. Angelina was there to raise concerns over camp overcrowding and lack of clean water, and she witnessed firsthand the piles of garbage, lack of potable water and overflowing toilets at the location.
Jolie was invited inside a one room shelter where three families live, and after speaking with the refugees, she told reporters, "It is amazing that as more and more people come into the camp they (refugees) continue to be generous with what little they have."
At the end of her visit Jolie added, "The Somali families I met today are full of warmth and affection. I wish more people could meet them because then they would have a stronger desire to help."
What would we do without Angelina?
