Angelina Jolie's Bosnian War Film Gets A Title: In The Land Of Blood And Honey

Angelina Jolie's controversial new film has finally gotten a title, and a release date.
The 1990’s Bosnian war drama is Angie's directorial debut and will be titled The Land Of Blood And Honey. The release date is Dec. 23.
Jolie said in a statement: "The film is specific to the Bosnian War, but it's also universal. I wanted to tell a story of how human relationships and behavior are deeply affected by living inside a war."
Mrs. Pitt doesn't make an appearance in the film; instead she cast locals, including children of the war.
The Oscar winner revealed: "The former Yugoslavia has a rich history of dramatic arts. The cast was extraordinary. I was privileged and honored to work with them and I am very excited for everyone to see their immense talent."
The film stars newcomers Zana Marjanovic, Goran Kostic and Rade Serbedzija. Angie shot the film in English and their native language, which is referred to as BHS.

She is an inspiration. Doing movies touching on serious subjects as an actress and a director. She has quite a full life. She is amazing. Other actresses should take note.

Wasn't this film bagged by the very people she allegedly tries to represent? It's a fail. Move on. No one wants it. It's fatally flawed. She more than likely had to pull strings to even get it into dvd stores.
