Angelina Jolie's stay at the Lenval hospital may have drawn the ire of some locals - but they're not leaving until they're good and ready!
Angie Stays Put
During a press conference earlier today Nadine Bauer, a spokeswoman for the hospital, confirmed that not only will Angelina not be leaving the hospital later today, she wouldn't be checking out until her doctor gave his final approval!!
"After a C-section, the normal stay for a mother in the Lenval hospital is between eight and 10 days," Bauer said. "Only when Dr. Sussmann is completely satisfied that she is in good health and fully recovered from the C-section."
Too Tempted To Play?
Others within Lenval suspect that Sussman's decision to extend Jolie's stay is motivated by other factors - like the impulsive actress' longing to play with all of her children.
"Angelina has four young and lively children at home, and he suspects the temptation to get up out of bed and play with them will overwhelm her," a source told E! News. "He knows how much she misses the other children, but he feels that she will benefit from a few extra days' rest. They're being very well cared for."
Of course they are - Brad's a great dad, and we're sure he's holding down the fort just fine!
Naturally, we wish Angie the best during her recovery - but we sure do hope she's able to leave soon!

good 4 her!
There was NOT a press conference. It was just E! calling the hospital to get even more information.
I read she suffered high pressure after she gave birth... but I think everything is going to be right.

who cares ?
I have nothing rude to say about her my mother was very sick with high blood pressure after giving birth.
I heard Angie is having very serious complications after giving birth. What's up?
8-10 days?? The United States could learn a lot from them! I have had 2 c-sections and I would have liked a couple extra days to fully recover! It IS major surgery after all. Especially after the 2nd one...I went home to an 18 month old with a newborn and a husband who barely helped. Lucky I had my family around. I am sure Angelina has lots of help, but from the medical aspect...it is nice she will get the extra hospital time.
Good. I hope she dies there too.
I hope she stays in France and never comes back to the U.S.
SHE NEEDS MORE TIME FOR HER STOMACH TUCK TO HEAL.

A C-section is a major operation. She needs to rest. Good for her doctor. He's looking out for her.
I think Brad's phony good daddy act is tired. he sucks!
Pfffffft! It's called detox.
This all BS.
WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT THIS NASTY FREAK

No doubt she had a tummy tuck at the same time they sewed her up from the CSection. As for being well cared for with a houseful of paid servants to watch over every child, Angie doesnt do ANYTHING but play with them here and there OR take them out for Photo Opportunities.

Some of you are hilarious. Especially those lame brain ones who try to show off to strangers with their pathetic "in the know." They're so cute trying to impress us.
The US can learn a lot from most of Europe and the UK when it comes to medical treatment of women. They make the US look like neanderthals.
This proves that Angelina is only a playmate to the kids. After doing the washing, cooking and cleaning for four kids a really good mom would be too tired to play with the kids.

I am very suprised about this hate mails if you don't like to read about them just leave Angelina alone they have done so much good other actors could take a slice of that.
Here's my take - those babies are premature!!! They would not let the babies come home until they are of a certain weight - and I don't believe that she would go home without her babies - there is no way on this earth that the babes were full term - she just wasn't big enough - have a look at the last pictures of her and then have a look at the last pictures of J-Lo - nuff said....
Post-partum Depression Angerlina and the continuing saga.I can see it now first the book then the full feature film and making her acting debut Marianne Pearl as Angerlina.
Holly:
I believe your on to domething she did not have friends as she while growing up.So now she is trying to make up time living a childhood vicariosly through the children.
Holly your priorities suck. You always make the time to play with your kids. I mean with four lively children some things can wait like scouring the whole house down till it shines. Most moms pick up as they go along with their days activities "with the kids".
They don't do anything the normal way
so why would they this. You wouldn't
get to be in the hospital a month or
two because your insurance wouldn't pay
for it so you would be gone. Maybe that
can be her next big project. Good health
care for all.
Get some rest, Angelina. Best wishes to you and your family!
9:13PM you crack me up- I lived the UK national health system for 10 years- so unless and until YOU ever do, your opinion on the matter means nothing.
