She looks wonderful-she's not "thin"-to me she's wiry; we know she exercises, she eats well (a lot of salmon and veggies) and let's face it-all the statistics show that the people who live the longest are those who keep very close to their high school weight.

Her face in pics with little or no make up shows how well she is-clear, smooth, dewy, fresh-compare it to that sorry mess that someone who starves themselves looks like (Nicole Ritchie).

Angelina looks great-Brad is hot, the 3 kids are adorable, and their life is full of motion, emotion, challenges, and fun.

This is the movie where she is portraying a black woman. I guess that is where the curly hair is supposed to come into play. How pathetic. I've lost all respect for Brad once again for not finding a black woman to play this role. And as for Angelina I never had respect for her. Daniel Pearl is a black reporter not white. It's okay for a white woman to play a black woman but lord forbid if a black male or femal plays a part of a white man or woman. Belive it or not I am mexican.

First of all, Daniel Pearl WAS NOT a black reporter. He was white with Jewish heritage. Mariane Pearl IS NOT black, but half-black.

And as for your second comment, believe it or not, Marianne Pearl, herself, you know, the one who is being portrayed in this movie, personaly chose Jolie for the part.

And just for the fun of it, it´d be at least, slightly odd, for a black woman to portray a white one. Not that I am against it, it´s just, perhaps the make-up device would be considerably hard to achieve in that case.

This is absolutely ridiculus. Pearl may not be fully "black" but she is CERTAINLY not white. A lot of times mixed people dont want to be identified as being black because black is seen as being inferior. Thats why Pearl is so happy to have a white woman with no black heritage play her part. If anything Halle Berry could have played that part. It was very presumptious for Angelina to play that part. What they did was completely erased one half of her...the half that is seen as undesirable If you all cant see that you are blind. Race MATTERS.

No, you are not the only one who thinks AJ is ugly. I have always thought she was ugly and very gross looking. Especially her disgustingly veiny "man hands". Call me crazy, but I prefer women who actually look like, well, women! Also, she is not even a good actress. All she knows how to do is play herself! Think about the parts she won awards for: Playing a disturbed, slutty bisexual woman on drugs and a disturbed, slutty bisexual woman in a psych hospital. Wow, what a stretch! LOL!
