Who cares maybe she can bring a few home with her for toys for the other kids...

She is the saving grace to these people when all the world forgets about them and their government abandons them. I think the work she does and the light she brings to these areas is amazing. She is trying to help people of the world rather than just focusing on The United States. We like to bash her and say that she should be donating to the U.S., but these people dont have millions of charitys, welfare, medicare, etc. We have a so called government angel to help the starving people. These people have nothing and a government that shut the door on them and wants nothing to do with them.

Flight time on private jet under two hours. Two-and-a-half hours at refugee camp and she could be home (Malta) by lunch. These times reported by AP. A few hours of not too strenuous work brought her a huge ego and a lot of publicity. It is nice that she does these things, but it seems her image of herself and the work she does (except when donating money) is quite inflated. The toys could have arrived without her and without the press....or even with her and without the press!

aw people around the world are dying for world peace ... especially over there... :( those places seem so dangerous... who wouldn't love to travel there with a humanitarian group and donate toys to kids or books and stuff... it just seems so unsafe... :/

Hey Olivia, do you take at least an hour a month to visit abandoned elder people, to visit abanoned children. Do you take at least 5% of your earnings to help like she does. Do you take at least 5 minutes every day to Thank God for you life, for your shelter or for your food?

Well she's no actress so I guess she needs to find something to be good at, and some people are swallowing the whole Mother Teresa routine.

I just wonder if they're aware of her new home, and the cost of having it redone? Do these people have any idea of how this woman lives? She dresses down, puts the old scarf on her head and gives them that innocent, caring, sad look, and they have no way of knowing the true person they're dealing with. I think it's very sad that woman gets so much credit, when others are actually doing the work. Donations are nice, but really, do you think she's the only one giving? There are people with much less than her, giving more. Mother Theresa was a true angel. Jolie is an actress, playing the part. It's not that people don't appreciate what she gives. It's her reasons for giving it, that we question. Believe me, the woman is perfectly safe on these short trips. The danger would be in the flying, which her whole family does on a reg. basis, to see the world.

Hey "me", do you know how much food and shelter she could provide with the money her and Pitt put out for themselves? Think about it, and don't say "they earned it", when they're so highly overpayed & overrated.
