Yesterday was Knox and Vivienne's first birthday, but rather than hitting up a local party supply store, Angelina Jolie spent 4 hours at the Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills. We're not exactly sure what Angie was doing there (maybe getting a massage or lunching with a friend?), but this is the location where her mother passed away over two years ago, so perhaps she was spending some time remembering Marcheline?
Wonder what the twins and Brad did while mommy was gone?

Here in Australia the radio and Richard Reid show are saying that Brad has filed for some seperation that you get when you're not married. They are saying she has the kids. Is this true?
I find it odd a mother is not with her children on their 1st birthday--WTF!?
They are one year old. As if they even know they HAVE birthdays. Also, leave her alone. Perhaps she has gone to the room her mother was in. It was bad enough the paps swarmed her the day her mother died as she came out of the hotel and bombarded her with rude questions.

Maybe the twins 1st birthday was observed as a solemn occasion rather than a happy one? Maybe Angie is going to this hotel because that where her mother was last and feels that she can "communicate" better with her there? She misses talking to her mother and always will.
Maybe Angie has too much man, too many kiddos, and too many outside schedules on her plate....she for sure looks in a sombre pensive mood.
Thought you were going to take a 1 year hiatus from all the business and concentrate on just YOUR little big world....family...your own family? THE WORLD, OTHER CHILDREN, OTHER PROBLEMS will all still be there waiting for you AFTER you've made some peace and time with your own issues Angie.

Um, Angie's mother passed away in a hospital, not at her apartment. Do a little research.
As for being at a hotel for supposedly 4 hours? What's the big deal? Maybe she had a business meeting for an upcoming project? Who the hell knows, and why is it so bad that she was there on her kids' birthday? Seeing as how 4 hours doesn't equate to a full day, who's to say she didn't celebrate their birthday?

I have never seen a more irresponsible post than this one. It's a matter of public record that Marcheline Bertrand passed away at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and Angie, Brad and James Haven were all at her bedside when she died.
