True Blood co-stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer have welcomed twins, their reps have confirmed.

“The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed," their publicist added.

Paquin, 30, and Moyer, 42, tied the knot in August of 2010, and these are the couple's first children together. Moyer has two children from previous relationships.

Anna Paquin and hubby/True Blood co-star Stephen Moyer have confirmed that they're expecting twins!

"I love my kids beyond anything," the actor told Us Weekly at the Playboy and True Blood party at Comic-Con in San Diego. "They're the best things ever, and having two more is just going to be even more crazy, but that's cool!"

The couple announced in April that they were expecting their first child, and Paquin is reportedly due in the fall. They wed in 2010 after getting engaged the previous year. Moyer has two children, Billy and Lilac, from previous relationships.

Parenthood won't be the only change for these two, their vampire show's losing its head honcho, creator Alan Ball, who's retiring from the show to work on other projects. Co-executive producer Mark Hudis, who's worked on the show for the past two seasons, will take over the reigns next season.

"I'm so excited for them. We sent them a special gift. It's so interesting that True Blood has become like, the 'twins' show."

Moyer has two children from a previous relationship, but this is the first child for Paquin, 29. So what's Trammell's best advice for raising multiples? "It's harder, having twins, but it's all we know. So we're trying to impart some decent wisdom. I told them to hold on tight," he adds.

They've been busy promoting the newest season of True Blood this month, it's no wonder that Anna Paquin and hubby/costar Stephen Moyer looked happy to be enjoying a quiet day date together in Venice, on Saturday afternoon.

The Oscar winner showed off her growing baby bump in a pretty flowered sundress while the 42-year-old father-to-be looked handsome in a black T-shirt and a pair of jeans, as they made their way to The Tasting Kitchen to feed Paquin's pregnancy carvings.

Stephen and Anna officially announced they are expecting their first child together on April 17, and the first-time mom is due later this year.

Anna Paquin, her husband Steven Moyer, and the rest of their True Blood co-stars hit up the Arclight Cinemadome in Hollywood for the premiere of the new season of the HBO hit series, and the expectant actress put her baby bump on display in a skintight dress. It seems like her belly popped overnight!

This is the first child for the Oscar winner, who is a doting stepmom to her hubby's two children from a previous relationship. For his part, Mr. Moyer couldn't be more excited about the impending arrival.

"It's always amazing. I love my kids so much. And I think that the fact Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun," he told Zap2It about adding another child to the growing family.

We got so excited about getting a sneak peek of the little vampire, we almost forgot to notice mega hotties Alexander Skarsgard and Joe Manganiello were there too!

Anna Paquin is pregnant and still talking about her bisexuality!

The 29-year-old actress tells Zooey magazine:

"I’m sure for some people saying they’re bisexual feels less scary than making a statement that they’re gay. For me, it’s not really an issue because I’m someone who believes being bisexual is actually a thing. It’s not made up. It’s not a lack of decision."

As for her thoughts on plastic surgery, the True Blood star adds:

"If you have a whole bunch of work done with your teeth and your face and your boobs then you’re only going to play modern people. That’s a big choice to make. Very limiting.”

Anna Paquin recently confirmed she was expecting her first baby with husband and True Blood co-star Stephen Moyer, and either black really is the most slimming color or the 29-year-old actress isn't far enough along yet for us to see a baby bump.

The Oscar winner is clearly already practicing for parenthood, though! The HBO star spent some quality time with her stepdaughter Lilac on Sunday, and it doesn't appear as if Mrs. Moyer needs any parenting pointers. Girlfriend is a natural!
