Phew, that was close! AnnaLynne McCord has been somewhat two-faced lately, but we're happy to report that the 90210 babe (seen here walking to set on Tuesday) is back to being a hottie.
I'm not loving the choice in footwear, but I'm sure she'll change into heels ASAP!
