Seriously! The guy's a former bodybuilding champion, yet he's got a team of bodyguards protecting him?!
The former governor of California had three big guys surrounding him during an outing Friday on his 64th birthday. Arnie met up with sons Patrick and Christopher -- recently released from the hospital -- for lunch at his favorite Beverly Hills eatery, Cafe Roma, and then shopping at his favorite department story, Barney's. This guy has his favorite spots, that's for sure!
Looks like Patrick brought a rather unadorned gift for his pops ... wonder what was inside? ...
