Arnold Schwarzenegger Tweets Head Injury On The Last Stand Set

While in Albuquerque, N.M., filming The Last Stand -- his first starring role since stepping down as California's governor -- Arnold Schwarzenegger sustained a nasty head injury, on Friday.
Schwarzenegger proudly shared a TwitPic of his battle wound, with the caption:
- "Got a little banged up on set today. Thanks to the medical staff who got me back in action an hour later!"
The Terminator star didn't reveal how the accident happened, but production was temporary halted on the film so that on-set medics could treat the injury.

Schwarzenegger plays a small-town sheriff who must stop a drug kingpin from escaping across the border to Mexico in The Last Stand. The film is set for a 2013 release.
