Healthy SoCal chicken chain Koo Koo Roo is known for its poultry - but last night, there was an even tastier chick outside!
We spotted Ashlee Simpson sporting a newly reddened hairdo in front of the restaurant.

I think its alright. I think she looks to pale for the hair color. If she would tan, it might make her look a little better. I was so glad when she decided to go back to blond from black, but whatever she likes is all that matters.
