X17 EXCLUSIVE - Ashlee Simpson And Pete Wentz Reunite On Valentine's Day

Ashlee Simpson filed for divorce from Fall Out Boy singer Pete Wentz on February 9th citing "irreconcilable differences" - she's also seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of son Bronx - but X17 got these exclusive photos of the family together for lunch just a few hours ago, perhaps in honor of Valentine's Day?
Ashlee and Pete lunched at The Beverly Hills Hotel's Polo Lounge, arriving around 12:30 and left just an hour later in the same car. Seems like they've already got amicable co-parenting down pat!
So despite the fact that two separate reports claim Ash was partying hard before the split announcement AND that the "Bittersweet World" singer is moving in with big sister Jessica, it appears that she and Pete are still on speaking terms and keeping things cordial.
Various sources say the split is amicable, claiming Ashlee was simply tired of Pete's busy touring schedule. Could the couple be heading toward a reconciliation?

Reports claim Wentz wasn't at all in favor of the split but that Ashlee sprung it on him after he spent Super Bowl weekend partying in Texas. Was it an infidelity on Pete's part that made Ash file papers? Or is there something else behind their split?

I really like A and p but these photos are by far some of the worst of both of them, they both look horrible, Ashlee looks thin and gaunt, pete's hair is AWFUL, and little Bx looks like a prime example of an orphan...sorry just being honest...hopefully their stylists will jump to it and get them looking better.
