Ashley Greene was photographed leaving Tavern restaurant in Brentwood yesterday, and the 24-year-old actress was all smiles as she returned to her car after lunch.

With The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 hitting theaters in a little over a month, Ash is going to be very busy promoting her latest flick -- and getting red carpet ready! Well, she's already drop dead gorgeous, but she has been hitting the gym pretty hard lately...

The Ashleys are having a gym showdown!

Both Ashley Tisdale and Ashley Greene hit their West Hollywood and Studio City gyms, respectively, Thursday in oversized black shades, cropped leggings and ponytails, but they seemed to have sweated it out very differently.

A very blonde Tis looked like she barely broke a sweat as she showed over her svelte figure in a white tank, while the Twilight star was practically drenched from head to toe.

Hey, everyone works out differently!

Ashley Greene is logging some major hours at the gym this summer with her trainer, and it's definitely paying off!

Greene sported a "New York" tee while exiting her Studio City gym, probably because she's planning on making a move to the Big Apple soon -- with her Twilight Saga costar, Kellan Lutz!

The stars play adopted brother and sister Emmett and Alice Cullen in the vampire movies, and they've gotten to be such close friends, they're considering splitting a two bedroom apartment in NYC.

"I was talking to Ashley about maybe sharing a place out here in New York. We're never here at the same time but we both love New York. So we'd be roommates without being roommates...more like housemates,” Lutz revealed at the Ella Moss 10-year anniversary event in Hollywood, on Sunday.

Sounds like the prefect roommate to us!

The 10th Annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards were held Monday night at NYC's Lincoln Center, and the stars came out to support their favorite designers, dressing in some of their most beautiful creations.

New mom Miranda Kerr stunned in a sexy black cut-out number proving that mothers can be super sexy!

Meanwhile, mom-to-be (for the second time) Jessica Alba went for a bright color-block look.

And Twilight star Ashley Greene opted for a bright color as well, brightening the red carpet in hot pink.

We have to give major props to actresses-turned fashion designers Ashley & Mary-Kate Olsen, who were nominated for a Swarovski Award for Womenswear this year. The award went to dynamic design team Proenza Schouler, but it's an honor to be the only celebrity designer nominated!

While most girls her age would opt for nursing a bottle of booze at a ritzy Malibu party, instead of a baby, Twilight hottie Ashley Greene looked to be the picture of maternal bliss!

The sexy actress hung out at a friend's house in Malibu over the weekend for a Memorial Day bash, and she just couldn't get enough of one particularly cute little guest. Adorbs!

Greene even put the darling New York Yankees fan down for a bit to mingle, before coming over to scoop him right back up again.

Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz arrived home to LA last night after wrapping work on Breaking Dawn, parts 1 and 2.

The stars, who became household names after nabbing roles as part of the Cullen clans, filmed their last scenes as Alice and Emmett in Vancouver, paused to pose for pix for fans as they headed out of LAX.

Ashley, who toted her adorable pup with her, seemed happy to be home, where she tweeted that she'll be heading to Coachella this weekend. Of course, Ashley's beau, Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill is headlining the show tonight, so of course she'd be excited to see him!
