The Wonder Twins Activate Diane von Furstenberg

Normally, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen tend to make really bold fashion choices, especially at events tailor-made for wild looks, like the Costume Institute's Gala “Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy” event at the Met last night.
If ever there were a time to wear something outrageous, this would be it. However, this time, the Olsen twins went against type, in more subdued, Diane von Furstenberg dresses.
We're a bit disappointed they didn't really go for it in something crazy, but they've still managed to get everyone talking with their more restrained looks. And we have to say, they look absolutely fabulous!
We especially love Ashley's sexy black dress with skin-baring cut-outs and minimal hair and jewelry.
Mary-Kate's custom gold gown is a bit more flashy (and maybe could be a bit more fitted), but we still love the simple look paired with the gold Louboutin heels.
Definitely two thumbs up for the twins!
Although some of MK's highlights are so light, they almost look grey, doncha think?

ashley is the one who always look a little bt more decent! but they still look like washed up zombies, especially MK.
I guess they didn't have time to go to the hair salon, or even brush the mangy mess on each's head. The one in gold also forgot to put on undergarments. Still look like tack bag ladies. Such a shame for two adorable young women to look so awful all of the time. Money can't buy taste.

Here we have another couple of freaks. I swear, are there ANY normal celebs?? Why are they all so strange? And many are so fug. With a makeup artist and a good hair day I'm better looking than most of these geeks.

Ashley for the first time since they were tweens looks great, shes really smiling and looks happy and healthy.. MK ugh..

I love the fact that ashley's body looks more femenine and sexy, not like mary-kate's body.. she looks like a eight year old child with her grandma clothes put on. she needs to gain some weight
