...Ashley Tisdale and her boyfriend Scott Speer! He's hunky and sweet and she's perky and cute - it's a perfect match! The couple was spotted strolling beachside in LA on the 4th. Question is, are they cuter than Zac and Vanessa?
Zac and Vanessa are arguably cuter, but I'd much rather hang around these two than them!
