Ashley Tisdale Denies Romance With Zac Efron

Ashley Tisdale is speaking out about speculation over recent photos of her and fellow High School Musical star Zac Efron.
Efron, 23, joined Tisdale to celebrate her 26th birthday July 2, and photos of the two looking very close raised rumors that they were an item. In December of last year, after four years together, Efron split from their co-star, and Tisdale's close friend, Vanessa Hudgens. Hudgens, 22, was not at the July 2nd soiree.
But Tisdale, who rocked a Temptu spray tan, is denying that she and Efron are an item. She said via Twitter on Tuesday:
- "Don't believe all pictures. ... I had such a great birthday party with my friends, Family, and BOYFRIEND Scott. I will not let stupid rumors ruin all the fun we had! Xoxo"

Despite her comment, clearly it doesn't look like they're just friends. Not sure why her boyfriend wouldn't be at all bothered by this, it just seems like they are a little bit too close, and isn't Vanessa supposed to be one of her closet friends? Ok him holding her on his shoulders is not that weird. My guy friends do that to me all the time. I have had close friends kiss my cheek, neck, etc. and nothing ever happened. I kiss 99% of my guy friends on the corner of the lips or the cheek. Look closely at the video and the guy in front of Ashley and Zac is Scott. He is watching and they are all laughing. It is kinda rude they didn't invite Vanessa along. And hello, Zac is 23 and Ashley is 26....gross!
