High School Millionaire Spends Her Dough!

Think she was spending some of her hard earned HSM money on herself, or was she doing a little Mother's Day shopping?
We caught up with Ashley Tisdale and her mom at Barneys yesterday, and judging from the size of the shopping bags, these two had a productive (and expensive!) retail therapy session.
