I think her natural looks were better. But if she is happy, that is what matters. Personally, I'm tired of the trout lips, cheek implants, botox, fembot looks. What happened to being an original and embracing your own natural beauty. I'm 45 and too many of the women my age end up looking like blow-up dolls. I could see having something done if there were some severe abnormalities on the young women, but I would like to see them happier with themselves and have more confidence. Looking at how the new nose goes with the whole face, there is a definite improvement! By looking at the bottom picture, the nose is pointing DOWNWARDS and with the chin headed the same way, gives her face a long elongated look! Looking at the second row of pictures with the side by side views, the improvement is subtle but definitely visible. This is a very successful enhancement, at the same time her breathing should improve,her facial symmetry will be more appealing,and the surgeon should get kudos for his skillful work!!
