Three months after Ashton Kutcher formally filed for divorce, Demi Moore is now reportedly ready to file her own papers.

After six years of marriage the couple split in late 2011, and though they tried to negotiate a confidential and amicable settlement, New York Post's Page Six reports that the case could go to trial. The Post added that Kutcher, who reportedly earned $24 million last year, was "very difficult during the talks. You could even say he has been hostile."

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," the insider added.

"Demi is definitely ready to move on," the source continued. "It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial."

These two sure know how to relax!

Mila Kunis and boyfriend Ashton Kutcher decided to spend their Sunday kicking back at the foot spa in L.A., and this isn't the first time the couple have gotten their tootsies worked on together!

The brunette beauty kept it classic in jeans and a white button down, while her Two and a Half Men beau channeled his inner hippie in Birkenstocks!

Later on in the evening, the pair went for a curry dinner at The Great India restaurant in Studio City before heading home and making it an early night.

They seem to be inseparable lately, and we wouldn't be surprised if Ashton puts a ring on it soon!

Someone's in a better mood! Maybe Ashton Kutcher was just missing girlfriend Mila Kunis when we snapped his photo yesterday? After all, she's in London promoting Oz: The Great and Powerful (and looking mighty fine, we might add), with James Franco and Michelle Williams.

Last night Ashton went to the Lakers game at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and though Kobe and company may be hot and cold this season, they did beat the Timberwolves last night 116-94.

Zach Galifianakis, Will Arnett and Bill O'Reilly were also at the game.

Ashton Kutcher was snapped visiting an office building on Monday, and the Jobs star scrunched up his handsome face in a scowl and then hid behind his laptop. Doesn't he know that frowning causes wrinkles? Then again, he could always give ex-wife Demi Moore's doc a call if he needs some botox...

And speaking of Demi, Madonna totally snubbed her over the weekend when she invited Ashton to her annual Oscars after party on Sunday. Madonna and Demi co-hosted the bash back in 2011, but apparently after Ashton and Demi split, she was Team Kutcher!

"Madonna is firmly on side Ashton. She adores him and thinks that out of him and Demi he’s the one with the glittering career," a source told Radar. "Also, Madonna loves having Ashton around as he’s great eye candy, he’s funny and he flirts outrageously with her - in Madonna’s eyes, there’s no competition - when it comes to picking sides Ashton is the obvious winner." Burn!

A couple's gotta stay caffeinated!

On Thursday, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis got their java fix as the two went to grab a couple cups of Joe at a Coffee Bean in Studio City.

The former co-stars looked pretty casual during their run, with Mila going make-up free on their brief down time. She's been filming non-stop and has recently expressed interest in starring in the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey flick while her Two and a Half Men beau's new film jOBS has been picking up steam in time for it's premiere on the final day of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.

Good to see that even a busy Hollywood couple can make time for the little things!

This is our first look at Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs in the new film JOBS, and while he definitely dresses the part, he still looks and talks like the immature prankster from Punk'D. Sorry!

In the clip above, Jobs speaks with Steve Wozniak (played by Josh Gad), and tries to convince him that making computers for mass consumption is a good idea.

JOBS, which is currently playing at Sundance, will open in theaters on April 19, and yes, it appears as though the name has been changed from jOBS, which was the working title for several months last year.

Maybe we need to see a complete trailer before we're convinced that Ashton was right for the role?

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis decided to get a little cardio going as the couple took a stroll with some friends in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday.

The two have been inseparable since they made their relationship public, with Mila spending most of the holidays with Ashton and his family.

The 34-year-old actor's new film jOBS is scheduled to premiere on Friday at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. Looks like these two are getting some sun in before hitting the wintry locale!

After over a year from separating from Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce.

The Two And A Half Men star cited irreconcilable differences in divorce documents filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday. He is not seeking spousal support or denying support to Moore.

Kutcher and Moore separated in November 2011 after being married for six years, after it was revealed that the 34-year-old actor had an affair with 22-year-old San Diego native Sara Leal.

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton," Moore said in a statement at the time of their split. "As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."
