EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Ashton Kutcher Shows Up For Work Amid Cheating Scandal

Amid rumors he's cheated on wife Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher showed up to work today on the set of Two and A Half Men ... with a cigar hanging from his mouth.
We're surprised the 33-year-old actor is shooting the show on Rosh Hashanah even though followers of Kabbalah usually observe the Jewish New Year by attending temple and not working.
Kutcher is also under fire from CBS for promoting social media companies Foursquare, Flipboard, Hipmunk, GroupMe and Chegg on Monday night's episode of Two And A Half Men. Turns out, Ashton holds investment stakes in all five companies.
Despite the controversy, CBS has decided to not take legal action against the actor. Instead, they'll be blurring the stickers on future episodes.
Update: Ashton just Tweeted the following: "When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME."
