Most women think makeup is essential to look beautiful, but Audrina Patridge is proof that less is really more!

The 26-year-old reality star recently posed for an xojane.com makeunder shoot, and we couldn't believe how stunning the starlet is under all that makeup!

The Hills hottie dished on her beauty routine and confessed to spending over 3 hours and using more than 30 products to get all glammed up for a big event. Yikes! The SoCal native also revealed her beauty must haves - Chanel pressed powder and NARS foundation.

Not only does she have one of the best bodies in Hollywood... she has the face to match! We say surrender that makeup bag, girl, and let your true beauty shine!

Audrina Patridge attended the T-Mobile Google Music launch party at Mr. Brainwash Studios in Los Angeles last night, and she also stopped by the Rock The Kashbah event at Boulevard 3. Talk about a busy bee!

Celebs like Drake and Serena Williams also attended the party, and Maroon 5 and Busta Rhymes performed at the bash. We love the tennis ace's style, but does she have to rock 6 inch heels? She's already 5'9", so it's not like she needs the height!

Audrina Patridge doesn't understand why people think she has breast implants.

When asked whether she has fake breasts, the 26-year-old reality star tells The Daily:

"I don't like to talk about that. Well, see I have this chest problem. My bone right here, it's higher on this side? It's pectoralis something. So I've always struggled with that. You could see they look different sizes all the time."

But she doesn't attribute the "problem" to implants. As for her rumored plastic surgery, Audrina adds:

"They always ask me about that because of Heidi [Montag] and there's all these rumors and they all say I've had, like, six procedures. And I'm, like, 'Where do you get that?' Look at the pictures. I fluctuate in weight a lot. And as far as my face, I'd never had anything done."

Do you think she's telling the truth ... especially about her breasts?

... And that now -- they're ready for more.

The hit show had a four-year run, and Patridge says the cast is ready to head to the big screen with it.

"We were kind of all just so fed up with each other that we all needed a little break. We've all had our break. Maybe we'll all come back together and do a movie."
