Nothing says "cool and edgy" like a necklace with a naughty word on it!

Somehow forgetting that the word "F***" is not appropriate for general audiences, Avril Lavigne accessorized with a necklace bearing the nasty word on the front, for an appearance on Extra at The Grove, on Tuesday afternoon.

But is the necklace just a ploy to give her upcoming album some much-needed attention? The "Complicated" singer is currently hard at work on her musical comeback after her last album Goodbye Lullaby totally flopped. Lavigne Tweeted this week, "Ok... 10th day in a row in the studio... I need a day off.. Somebody's eyes and ears are sleepy!"

Judging from her obscene fashion sense, it seems the 27-year-old divorcee still hasn't moved past her "Sk8er Boi" days.

Avril Lavigne is putting aside her punk rock image ... at least for this sexy video for "Goodbye."

The 27-year-old singer says she filmed this special video, shot by Mark Riddell, to mark the end of her year-long Little Black Stars Tour. Avril Tweeted:

"Here it is #LittleBlackStars! My special video to thank you for an amazing Goodbye Lullaby year! Love you! xo'."

Lavigne shot the sultry scenes at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. Gorgeous!

A giggly Avril Lavigne got sushi with boyfriend Brody Jenner at Koi last night, and despite the reports that they had split earlier this month, it seems as though it really was a bunch of garbage!

A little over a week ago the couple took to Twitter to shoot down the rumors claiming Avril's desire to settle down was what pulled them apart. “It really upsets me to read all the FALSE!! stories," Brody tweeted. "Avril has always been there for me and is the closest person to my heart. I love her.” Avril responded to her man and wrote, "Luv u 2!!!"

After recent reports surfaced that Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have ended their two-year relationship, the pair took to Twitter to debunk the rumors and declare their love for each other!

This week, Life and Style mag claimed that the singer and the reality TV star had decided to call it quits, but it seems they are still very much together, with Jenner Tweeting, "It really upsets me to read all the FALSE!! stories. Avril has always been there for me and is the closest person to my heart." He then added, "I love her."
Lavigne immediately replied, "Luv u 2!!! @BrodyJenner."

The "Complicated" singer began dating her reality star beau in 2009, shortly after ending her three-year marriage to Sum 41 rocker, Deryck Whibley.

The couple also shares matching tattoos; Lavigne's is next to her right breast, while Jenner’s "Avril" tattoo is located on his inner arm. The Grammy winner also confessed last May that she would love to walk down the asile again.

Lavigne revealed on Chelsea Lately, "It’s all about love and I make that my number one priority. One day I would hope to have kids and do that whole thing. Right now I’m very focused on my career, my album, my tour and naturally when that happens for me next, yeah I’ll go for it."

After two years together (not to mention getting their names tattooed on one another), Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have split.

"They decided to end their relationship," an insider dished to Life & Style. "It wasn't working out, and they wanted to go their separate ways." Another source tells the mag, "She wanted to settle down, but he wasn't exactly ready. They had been having problems starting in the summer with her tour because she was on the road all the time. It put a strain on their relationship."

Of course, a source for Us Magazine seems to suggest that Avril was to blame for the split, noting that Brody "felt held back by his girlfriend." The source said, "Every time he wanted to come back and take meetings to get his career back in order, she would make him go to Asia and Europe. He hasn't worked and he wants to. They were both unhappy because he wants to have his career, she wants him to stay with her." Apparently Avril vetoed multiple TV show offers Brody recently received, but there's still a chance the two could reconcile. "Brody is trying to set the ground rules and wants to be able to work," the source revealed. "They have to find a balance."

Avril began dating Brody just a few months aafter she split from then-husband Deryck Whibley, and rumors began to circulate that Avril and Brody were dunzo when she was spotted dining with Deryck in December. The last time we spotted Avril and Brody together was in November of 2011, after a bar brawl that resulted in the petite Canadian singer getting punched in the face.

But where's Avril Lavigne's beau Brody Jenner? Nowhere in sight.

In recent weeks, we haven't seen Avril and Brody hanging out as much, and now with this late-night reunion, we have to wonder if they're still going strong. Plus, a few weeks back, the singer and her surfer dude were involved in a bloody brawl at the Roosevelt Hotel. Too much drama, perhaps.

Although Lavigne and Whibley are divorced, they sure look cute together!

Avril Lavigne and beau Brody Jenner were involved in a nasty bar brawl at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood over the weekend, and now the singer is giving fans an update on her condition.

The "Complicated" singer Tweeted:

"I don't fight. I don't believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is fu**ed. As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer."

Brody, the son of Bruce Jenner, had been trying to break up a fight between girlfriend Avril Lavigne and another Roosevelt patron, and got whacked in the scuffle. X17 got the exclusive photos of the aftermath!

Sources tell us that Jenner was hit with a bottle after the fight went down inside the hotel's nightclub.

Police were called and Jenner spent the early morning hours in the hospital. He Tweeted around 7 a.m. PST on Sunday morning: "Interesting Saturday night... Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.. Charges/chargers!!!"

Never a dull moment with these two.

Avril Lavigne stepped out with her girlfriends for a night of partying at Chateau Marmont, and Brody Jenner's girlfriend rocked a loose-fitting tank, tight bands and funky boots.

Just yesterday, the 27-year-old pop-punk princess headed to a Beverly Hills nail salon wearing a baggy sweatshirt ... and she had a diaper safety pin attached to her Birkin bag!

Although her rep denies that Avril is expecting, it still makes us wonder why she wouldn't wear a tight tank to dispel any kind of rumors.

Like Avril sings in one of her hit songs, "Why'd you have to go and make things so complicated?"
