Balthazar Grinning After Italian Vacay With Sienna!

Although he declined to answer X17's questions about his girlfriend, Sienna Miller, Balthazar's smile spoke a thousand words when we caught the Brothers and Sisters actor returning to LA after a sunny getaway to Italy with the UK hottie.

I guess when you're a Getty, you can afford to run off to Italy every month or so!

Who cares if he's single or not - its not something that bothered Miller, and in doing so made her current and future boyfriends totally open.
