Okay, I'll admit that Balthazar Getty is a genuine hottie... but with all that gray and white hair, he's starting to look like Santa Claus!

The Brothers & Sisters star was filming his TV show in Malibu the other day and later grabbed some Starbucks - guess he needed a caffeine boost, 'cause he bought two cups of coffee!

Sidebar, what is UP with him and Sienna Miller??? Are they over for good? First she gets together with that DJ Slinky Wizard guy (yeah, he's a real catch!) and on Monday there were rumors of a reunion with Jude Law. She really gets around!

You know it's true.

Sienna and Balti are still together mark my word, they are very good at hinding when they don't want to found. All this hype about Miller and Slinky was a lot of rubbish all set up by her PR's . Just wait in another few month they wil be vacating in Italy. Balti defintely looks old and haggard in this photo.

He is still with Sienna. The DJ, Jude, and Josh were all just covers for her affair. It was failry obvious that she was still with Getty when she annouced that she wanted to live in NY and had that make-up session with the DJ on Labor Day, just to make the married man jealous.

No wonder he looks old and haggard, he fell off the wagon again.
