Sure, Patrick Dempsey is a hunk, but what about Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty? He may have a wife and 4 kids, but that didn't stop Sienna Miller! So which spandex clad actor would you choose?
We vote McDreamy...he's sexy AND safe...unlike Balthazar, who seems to have forgotten his helmet.

However Balty looks on the outside, he is heartless and clueless on the inside. He has no integrity, just another drug/alcohol abuser having an affair with another alcoholic on her vodka diet.
McDreamy for sure! Balthzar is a spoiled, rich trust fund man. 40 yr old acting like he's 17 and cant keep it in his pants. At least Patrick has respect for his family and his wife.

Why would anyone consider BG in the first place? There is nothing sexy about man who publicly humilates his wife and 4 kids and doesn't even stop to consider how a very public affair would cause harm to them. Not to mention all of the insane things that he has said in defence of his mistress. Why is she riding a back when he needs to be in rehab trying to get his life together. Notice that when he is with SM he is always drunk/high, that says alot about a woman when the supposed "love of her life" can only tolerate her after several drinks.
How can anybody even look at Balti, what a waste of space, how he treated his wife and children is unbelievable, and the slut he took up with deserves him, they make a good pair. Give me his wife any day, what a lady.
The stalker is back in LA, how long before more photo ops with her boy toy; wonder if Balti will go with her to Vegas to pick up her award? Maybe they could ride tandem over there.
