She may not be relevant as she's no longer dating Leonardo DiCaprio or Shaun White, but there's no denying that Bar Refaeli is still a babe!

Bar wore a red Pas Pour Toi suit to the 2013 Vienna Awards for Fashion & Lifestyle on Thursday in Vienna, Austria, and while this isn't our fav look, she won the Style Icon prize at the show! “I feel I’ve worked many years to be here and it’s an award you can only get after many years and it’s really nice to be recognized for it,” Bar told reporters after the ceremony.

Just 2 days after we got a peek at her sexy/gross Super Bowl commercial for GoDaddy.com, Bar Refaeli went on a shopping spree in West Hollywood!

Bar and her father stopped by Curve on Robertson, and she didn't seem fazed when asked about the controversial TV spot in which she makes out with a total nerd. The other day she tweeted, “LOVING all the #Superbawl comments here :) thank you @GoDaddy for the opportunity (even though…;) ) thanks everyone for watching!!.”

Bar Refaeli covers the September 2012 issue of Maxim, and it's easy to see why the 27-year-old Israeli model earned the number one spot on the mag's Hot 100 List earlier this year!

"It doesn’t feel real, because I still can’t believe it," she says of being the mag's top pick. "I feel like someone’s going to call and tell me there’s been a mistake."

While she's reportedly dating pro snowboarder Shaun White, Bar insists that she never gets asked out on dates. "I think part of the reason is that I’m not out much," she explains. "I'm usually at a photo shoot or going to sleep early. I don’t really have a chance to meet people other than businessmen on planes. They’re all married and much older, though."

Bar reveals that teeth are the first thing she looks at in a guy, and when asked if she'd ever consider joining the Jewish dating site JDate, Bar scoffs, "Maybe if I’m still single when I’m 40, but not for now. I’m not even 30! I think I’ll be fine."

Bar had the best seat in the house during the swimming competition; directly behind Michael Phelps' family, who she got to rub shoulders with after he won yet another gold medal!

Bar Refaeli was hard at work at yet another glamourous photo shoot and decided to share a pic with her lucky Twitter followers. The Israeli model posed in a full body lace suit on a tennis court and captioned the snapshot, "Another one - for a special friend."

Could the "special friend" be Olympic snowboarder Shaun White?

Back in May, the Victoria's Secret stunner was rumored to be dating the athletic redhead after meeting at a Maxim party, and they did little to quiet the romance speculation at the Olympics Tuesday.

The pair were in the stands at the swimming finals to watch Michael Phelps bring home yet another medal, and tweeted the below picture with the caption, "Congrats @michaelphelps. Just watched him win his 19th medal. Hanging with his family."

Hot new couple alert?

Bar Refaeli and snowboarder Shaun White were reportedly spotted “dancing, hugging and kissing” at Sway in New York City over the weekend, according to Page Six. Sources told the paper the Olympic gold medalist was "distracted" and texting away on his cell phone until Leonardo DiCaprio's ex-girlfriend arrived around 1:30am, and the two spent the next hour and a half partying it up together.

Around 3am White walked Refaeli to her car, and he then returned to the club. Think we'll see these two together again? Or is Bar just hopping around?

She was number 6 on last year's Maxim Hot 100, and now Israeli beauty Bar Refaeli has taken the crown from Transformers starlet Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who dropped down to number 11 on the magazine's annual list.

Olivia Munn came in at number two, followed by Mila Kunis, Katy Perry and Olivia Wilde, and Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, Megan Fox, Malin Akerman and Adrianne Palicki (huh?) round out the rest of the top ten.

While most of the honorees deserve to be on the list, we're kinda confused as to how Stephen Colbert (#69) and Amanda Knox (#92) made the cut. We love Mr. Colbert, but unless he's rocking a bikini or lacy undies, we're not so sure that he should be included...
