Barron Hilton, 19, plead no contest today in a Malibu courthouse to driving under the influence. Hilton was arrested on February 12 in Malibu with a blood alcohol level of .14%. According to a clerk at the courthouse, Hilton was not present, so his attorney Rich Hutton entered the plea on his client's behalf.

Paris Hilton's little brother will be placed on three years probation, and he will attend a 3 month alcohol program (the same one Lindsay attended!) where the dangers of drinking and driving are reviewed.

Hilton's arraignment is set for April 14 - let's hope he shows up!

Unsurprisingly, Barron Hilton - the latest Hilton spawn to get slapped with a DUI - did the walk of shame on his way out of the Lost Hills Police Station last night upon his release.

The hotel heir pulled a jacket over his head and made a beeline for a waiting SUV after his mother posted his $20,000 bond. He had been waiting at the station for nearly eight hours

But was it even Barron's first attempt to hide his identity that day?

E! Online confirms that the cops found a fake ID on Hilton when they arrested him!

Let's just hope that initial reports that Barron actually tried to give the cops his fake license don't turn out to be true - Barron's in enough hot water already!

The story of Barron Hilton's DUI arrest keeps getting crazier and crazier!

The LAPD has just released a report contradicting earlier reports that Hilton may have run into a gas station attendant, asserting instead that Hilton was followed by a fellow motorist who spotted him "weaving on the roadway" and "driving on the wrong side of the highway".

The report claims Good Samaritan followed Hilton until he stopped at Corral Canyon Road and Pacific Coast Highway - and then sat his behind on a bench until the law arrived!

After a drunk driving investigation, Hilton was arrested, taken to Lost Hills Sheriff Station, and charged with driving under the influence. Hilton's blood alcohol content was measured at .14%.

The big news, however?

There may have been a crash - and Barron might not have been the responsible party!

"Hilton had a female passenger in the car," the report asserts. "Apparently the female was driving the Mercedes prior to Hilton and was possibly involved in a collision."

Well, that must put Rick and Kathy's mind at rest - at least a little bit!
