Barry Manilow has been livin' large in Malibu, but he's ready to say goodbye to his gorgeous pad!

The "Copacabana" singer is selling his beachfront 3,546 square-foot property for $6.9 million.

Manilow's home boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate guest house and incredible ocean views.

Back in 2009, the legendary crooner was asking $12.6 million for the estate. Such a steal!

Despite a report in the Daily Mail that says the 6 foot tall Manilow has become "worryingly frail" and his weight has dropped to under 100 pounds, he was looking happy, healthy and fit outside of Nobu in Malibu last night.

That's great news, because we can't smile without him!
