Ben Affleck Chats With Ellen DeGeneres About Family Life

Actor/director/smokin' hot daddy Ben Affleck will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show tomorrow, and here's a sneak peak at what the Oscar winner has to say about family life and his struggles with shopping.
Ben explains, "[M]y wife is so capable and because I'm less so, she does a lot of that work and I kind of root her on. I'm encouraging ... It takes her as much energy and effort to buy like the 20 gifts we're going to buy other people, as it does [for me] to buy her gift. I spend the whole time, fretting about that and being nervous and hoping she likes that. And then I end up at like CVS on the 24th being like, "Maybe she'd like a little Godzilla that goes around."
Eh, who cares if he sucks at holiday shopping -- he certainly seems to love Jen and the kids, and as long as he carries Violet in his arms, all is well in the world...

Ben is your Typical Male when it comes to Christmas shopping. My dad did the same thing and now my brother.
I'm sure Ben gets Jen a really nice gift. All you have to do is look at her diamond rings Ben gave her in the past.

Gosh, I wish my hubby encouraged me to shop!! LOL Also, totally relate to the gift giving from the hubby around the holidays. They need coaching or guidance sometimes with making the right choice for their honey. Ben and Jen are lucky to have each other. All the best~
Wow what is the matter with all you grinches! Can't you say anything nice about a faithful, loving husband and father? There life is so un-hollywood it is making all of you crazy with jealousy! A lot of people in show business know his real person but because of their jobs, they have to keep silent and try to ignore his evil behavior. Amen.
