Ben Affleck Calls Wife Jennifer Garner An "Incredible, Spectacular, World-Class Mom"

Ben Affleck is wishing wife Jennifer Garner, his own mom and mom's around the world a Happy Mother's Day!
The daddy of two has posted a video from his recent trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo ... acknowledging the "sacrifices, selflessness and courage" of all moms.
Affleck founded the Eastern Congo Initiative back in 2009 ... a foundation that supports the people of eastern Congo.
