Ben and Jennifer Move Into New $24 Million Mansion

Moving vans were spotted outside Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's new home in Pacific Palisades on Tuesday.
The couple plunked down a whopping $24 million bucks for the house which used to be home to super-producer Brian Grazer. It's a pretty exclusive neighborhood, as you'd expect and new neighbors include Adam Sandler, Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell, Steven Spielberg and Whoopi Goldberg!!!
So what do you get for $24 million??? The house has 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in about 8,700 square feet of living space. And Violet and Seraphina will have plenty room to play and explore on the property's three acres of land, which includes a huge pool and beautiful canyon views.
Can't wait for the housewarming party!!!
UPDATE!!!!: We're hearing from some very reliable sources that Ben & Jen actually only paid around $17 million. Guess the housing market really is in a slump!!!

Doesn't every family of 3 need a $24 million dollar home. Some people will never learn that less is more.
Oh, I forgot. They are now a family of 4 so I guess the home is just the right size.
How many times have we all read stories of them moving, looking, building, etc... We will believe it when we hear it from Ben and Jen. Life goes on and so should we peeps. Best wishes to the familia!!!
Look at the size of the house and the size of the moving truck...??? somethin' don't add up.
