If you live in LA, you know Urth Caffe is a great spot to people watch and grab brunch or lunch on a Sunday. Photogs caught up with Benji Madden and a buddy at the hip West Hollywood eatery, and of course, Harlow's uncle showed off his tatted up guns. But we have to ask about this...why are his legs so naked? You'd think a guy as inked up as Benji would have some body art on his calves too!
Right? Or maybe it's a good thing he still has some bare skin?
