Spencer Pratt Tops Least Appealing Celebrities List

A new list from E-Poll Research reveals which celebrities are the most appealing to America ... and which ones are the least. The list was compiled in 2010, and Spencer Pratt is No.1! Here's the list of the top 10 least appealing:
1.Spencer Pratt
2.O.J. Simpson
3.Rod Blagojevich
4.Nadya “Octomom” Suleman
5.Jon Gosselin
6.Heidi Montag
7.Perez Hilton
8.Eliot Spitzer
9.Howard Stern
10.Paris Hilton
Wow, Spence ... you beat O.J.
The poll also revealed which celebs fell the furthest in popularity from 2009 to 2010 ... and Mel Gibson led the pack. That comes as no surprise considering the recordings of his rants on ex Oksana Grigorieva were released last summer. Also on the list of those who drastically fell: Jesse James, Mark Zuckerberg, Jay Leno and Megan Fox. How the mighty have fallen.
