Jay-Z & Beyonce's $25 Million Pre-Nup

As one of the richest figures in hip-hop, we've been waiting eagerly to see the terms of Jay-Z's pre-nup - after all, Hov's one of the few guys on the planet who has cause to worry about a girl as well-off as Beyonce Knowles taking him to the cleaners!
Fortunately, it appears that that won't be the case - the Enquirer has gotten their hands on a few details from the arrangement, and it appears both parties' interests have been looked after. The basic terms direct Jay to pay Beyonce $10 million if their marriage ends after two years, with an additional million being added for every year she remains in the marriage. The payout is limited to fifteen years' worth of marriage, but still - that means a potential $25 million dollar payday for B!
If the couple has children, however, the sum grows even higher! The agreement calls for Jay to pay Beyonce $5 million per child - "for her loss of income during pregnancy and child-rearing years", the mag states.
Jay also made sure to write in a provision guaranteeing that his bride would always have access to the luxurious life, guaranteeing her access to the couple's private jet and giving her a whole fleet of cars - including a 1959 Rolls Royce convertible worth a million bucks!
Of course, considering the extent to which Jay and Beyonce love each other, these terms are just precautionary. And hey, it's not like Jay can't afford it - after all, he's only worth about three hundred million bucks!
Still - $25 million? That's one hell of a payday!

I agree, normally a pre-nup is protect loss of assets and heirloom from a divorce or a 15-minutes goldigger.
And I found the terms about her childrearing ridiculous. What should matters is Beyonce being in love with her husband and willing to have the babies of her husband, not seeking compensation for not being able to make more $$$ from raising kids. Women have to give up a lot to raise children, and while she could work and raise her children concurrently, people dont like to say this--but the children DO suffer not having their parent(s) around--especially in a single-parent household.
