Tish Cyrus took a pre-Easter (we wonder how the Christian Cyruses celebrated) walk with her dog on Saturday in Toluca Lake, California.

Miley's mom dressed to match her doggy, which looks like a bit of a polar bear if you ask us! That dog is huge - especially next to tiny Tish!

Cyrus recently grabbed dinner with daughters Miley and Noah and hubby Billy Ray.

The fam is said to be doing well after Billy Ray and Tish called of their divorce in March.

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus were spotted holding hands while getting a bite to eat in Studio City last night, and the two look so happy to be back together! Earlier in the day we spotted the recently reunited spouses buying a brand new Lexus SUV, so it looks like everything is back to normal!

In October of 2010 Billy Ray filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences," but less than two weeks ago he revealed that the divorce was off. "I wanted to put my family back together," the Achy Breaky Heart singer said at the time. "Things are the best they've ever been. I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we're the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana."

Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish, who recently decided to throw out their divorce petition, are the owners of a new Lexus SUV.

Miley's parents hit up Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys to scope out the latest SUVs and looks like they decided on a black GX. Sweet choice!

Billy Ray Cyrus is ditching his plans to divorce his wife Tish, and he's telling the ladies of The View why he has had a change of heart, according to a spokesperson for the ABC show.

During an interview airing tomorrow, Miley's 49-year-old dad reveals:

"I dropped the divorce. I wanted to put my family back together. Things are the best they've ever been. I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we're the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana."

Cyrus also opens up about his GQ interview in which he allegedly said he blames Hannah Montana for "destroying my family." During his appearance, he adds:

“I don’t think ‘Hannah Montana’ ruined my family, but to set the record straight, I love ‘Hannah Montana.’ I love Disney. That didn’t tear my family apart. Now fame, fame is a different animal, you’ve got to be careful with that thing."

After telling GQ that Hannah Montana "destroyed" his family, adding that he was "scared" for daughter Miley, Billy Ray Cyrus is now backtracking and issuing an apology of sorts.

"It is very important to me to work on mending my family right now," Cyrus tells People mag. Cyrus noted that his recent comments were "explosive, and unintentionally so," and said, "My family is the most important thing I have, and we are working together to make sure our future is stronger and healthier. It is all a learning process, and we thank everyone for their support and respect of our privacy as we sort through very important family issues."

Ex-couple Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus got together at an LA area pet cemetery for some mourning time, and despite the circumstances of their outing, we're happy to see they're still on good enough terms to hang out together. But Billy, what's with the leather gloves?

The country star recently opened up to GQ, telling the mag he wished Hannah Montana had never happened to his family. Considering it elevated the Cyrus' to super stardom and made daughter Miley one of the youngest billionaires on the planet, we're a bit shocked to hear the claim. Cyrus expressed:

"Hannah Montana destroyed my family ... I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just be OK, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic."

Hmmm. We wonder what Disney has to say about this. But we don't blame papa Ray for saying what he has. Miley is no longer the innocent Disney princess she was in her Montana days. The bong video, controversial photos, pics of her underage drinking, and pole dancing at an awards show, are all things Cyrus would probably rather not see his daughter go though ... at least not in the public eye.

We wish the best for the Cyrus family as they go through this difficult time, but seeing the pair together again gives us hope things might be looking up for the ex-couple. After seventeen years together, could reconciliation be possible?

Billy Ray Cyrus chats with the latest issue of GQ Magazine, and Miley's dad reveals that he's worried about his daughter. "I'm scared for [Miley]," says the 49-year-old country star. "She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger. I know she's 18, but I still feel like as her daddy I'd like to try to help. At least get her out of danger. I want to get her sheltered from the storm. Stop the insanity just for a minute."

Billy Ray said he refused to attend her 18th birthday party because it was "wrong", adding, "It was for 21 years old and up... I said, 'This whole thing's falling apart up there and they just want to blame all of this stuff on you again.' I'm staying out of it."

Billy Ray made note of the late Anna Nicole Smith and Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and said, "I'm concerned about Miley. I think that [Cobain's] world was just spinning so fast and he had so many people around him that didn't help him. Like Anna Nicole Smith--you could see that train wreck coming ... I should have been a better parent. I should have said, 'Enough is enough--it's getting dangerous and somebody's going to get hurt.' I should have, but I didn't ... Honestly, I didn't know the ball was out of bounds until it was way up in the stands somewhere."

Billy Ray even goes as far as saying he wishes Miley was never cast in Disney's Hannah Montana, boldly stating that it has "destroyed my family -- the damn show destroyed my family. It's all sad ...I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just everybody be okay, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I'd erase it all in a second if I could."

Woah! Wonder what Miley thinks about this?!

The recent divorce filing by Billy Ray Cyrus from his wife Tish on Tuesday may have a huge effect on who gains control over Miley Cyrus' reported $1 billion bank account, as the teen superstar's 18th birthday rapidly approaches.

At the moment, both of Miley's parents are her co-managers. They both have equal decision-making power and are paid what is assumed to be an equal salary by Miley. But with a divorce pending and Miley on the brink of legal emancipation next month, Billy Ray and Tish could be getting nervous about their which of them may or may not continue to play a managerial role for their daughter or if she'll decide to fire them both!

J. Michael Kelly, a Santa Monica attorney who has been handling high profile divorce cases for over 40 years (but who does not represent either of the Cyruses), chatted with X17online about this high-profile divorce and how Miley's Nov 23 birthday may affect her parents:

"At 18 [Miley] can say who she wants to handle everything, she could chose both parents, one, or neither.

Billy Ray and Miley are the economic drivers of the family, and Tish doesn't have a career of her own. If there was no prenuptial agreement involved, Tish could become a very rich woman. She could go for half of their income.

She most likely has lawyers and advisers to petition Billy Ray, and people who run the Hannah Montana franchise have a huge interest in Tish's well-being. She could end up running this franchise herself. No matter the outcome, Tish will be well taken care of."

Kelly believes the pair will most likely use a private judge to settle the divorce so that no further deals are publicized.

Billy Ray expressed his feelings about the divorce via Twitter:

"He will cover you with his feathers and under his wings you shall take refuge. Truth will be your shield and buckler.
