On Halloween, Gossip Girl stars/lovebirds Blake Lively and Penn Badgley partied at the SVEDKA Vodka Adult Playground 2033 Event Series at 1OAK in NYC, but it wasn't just about dressing up - Penn was also celebrating his 23rd birthday!
At midnight, Penn blew out the candles on his SVEDKA fembot cake, and it looks like he had a fabulous time with his fellow GG stars and his lady love.
And Blake made one heck of a sexy flight attendant! We're guessing they joined the mile high club later that night!
