Kudos to the wardrobe staffer on Gossip Girl who consistently picks out dresses and tops that highlight Blake Lively's best features!
The blonde starlet wasn't able to make it to Venice with her co-stars from The Town, but she did show off her lovely lady lumps in a navy blue dress on the set of her hit CW shot in NYC yesterday. Sigh, we would have liked to see her working the red carpet with Ben, Jeremy and John!
