If you'd offer a larger variety of licenses so bloggers could use your photos legally, you'd not have to worry so much.

While I certainly understand being upset about theft of one's intellectual property, you're only hurting yourselves by being litigious.

I seems, from all these "clues" in the BI, that this is pointing to Just Jared, but first of all, I didn't know there was a "partner" and second, I read JJ pretty regularly and hadn't seen evidence of them "criticizing the media" and third, I just don't see them "stealing." The JJ blog is one of the most informative and least snarky sites. They are never cruel and mean-spirited. If you were referring to PerezHilton, that would be another matter. He has a well established reputation for stealing pictures and anything else he can grab for his shamelessly self-promoting site. And yes. I dislike him. Bcz I am sick to death of Paris Hilton and they are BFF and he never covers her shortcomings...and there are many.

All 57 photogs covering VH1's Big in 06 refused to take his picture on the red carpet. As a photographer I sympathize - don't let anyone infringe on your copyrights - they are your livelihood!

If you deny it please let us know from where you know in advance where she goes to. There are around 30 paparazzi waiting in front of a club where she can't be expected. They are all there BEFORE she arrives (didn't follow her by car, for example). Is it team work with her? Are her shady publicity stunts orchestrated with your cooperation?

In my opinion the bloggers have to switch between love and hate messages because otherwise they would lose the haters to visit their website and the lovers. As the strategy behind the celebs blogs is not a stable opinion but how to get most of the hits the numbers of haters grows. actually - none of the pictures you sell belong to you to begin with - you don't own the copyright to any of them! your photogs are all freelancers and none have signed a contract giving you rights to their pix - so actually your own photogs should be suing YOU for the rights to and $$$$$ to their own pix.
