Talk about getting off easy!
Bobby Brown was released from Los Angeles county jail last night after serving just 9 hours of his 55 day sentence for his third DUI.
The 44-year-old R&B singer checked in just before 10am, and he was released at 6:58pm. It's being reported that Brown was initially set to serve nine days, but due to chronic overcrowding he was let our early.
The singer was arrested in Los Angeles last October after cops pulled him over for driving erratically and noticed that he had the smell of alcohol on his breath. This is his third D.U.I. arrest; he was previously busted in 2012 DUI and 1996. Brown has been put on probation for four years, and he was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program and to attend AA meetings three times a week.

On Tuesday Bobby Brown was sentenced to 55 days in prison and put on probation for four years for driving under the influence and with a suspended license last October.
Will he ever clean up his act?!

Bobby Brown has admitted himself to an in-patient alcohol rehabilitation program, according to reports. Brown has been "suffering intensely" since ex-wife Whitney Houston died in February last year, a source tells us.
