Brad Blows $1 Million On A Painting!

Geez, talk about expensive taste!
Lots of celebs and uber wealthy folks attended VIP preview of Art Basel yesterday in Switzerland, but Brad Pitt was the one who shelled out the big bucks on a Neo Rauch painting!
According to Bloomberg.com, Angie's babydaddy paid $956,000 for the painting, and since he's still hanging out at the art show, we wouldn't be surprised if he plunked down even more money by the end of the week!
Doesn't it seem a wee bit inappropriate to spend that sort of money on a painting when some people are losing their homes? Or are Brad's spending habits none of our business?
