Brad Pitt And Sean Penn Stir Up Emotions In The Tree Of Life Trailer

Brad Pitt is branching out into tear-jerker territory as the stern father of sons in the upcoming drama The Tree of Life also starring Sean Penn.
The movie is divided into two time periods with Pitt playing a dad in the 60's while Sean Penn plays one of those grown sons in the present day.
As for the trailer, it keeps the plotline a mystery while incorporating strange eclipse-like images. Aside from loving Brad's short haircut, this flick is definitely on our must-see list!
The Tree of Life hits theaters on May 27, 2011
