Brad Pitt Eyeing Role In Sherlock Holmes Sequel

Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes hasn't even hit theaters yet, and there's already talk of a sequel...starring Brad Pitt!
Pitt has had discussions with producers to star as Sherlock's arch nemesis Moriarty in the new motion picture, according to the Risky Biz blog.
Though nothing is official for Pitt, most of the talent (along with Ritchie as the director) are expected to return for the sequel, and Ritchie has worked with Pitt before, so we really hope something comes of this! I mean, Pitt vs. Downey Jr.? Sign us up!
This definitely seems like Brad's kind of movie!

Please oh please stop ruining great literature and movies with Brad Pitt because studios think people come to see him. They don't.
Just cast good actors. Even if they're unknown. Sometimes that's better, more exciting, and it saves money. If it's a good movie, people come no matter who is in it. He is like watching paint dry on screen and no longer has the beauty to offset it.
The first movie hasn't come out so I doubt they would think sequel at this point. I think this is a rumor to see the movie.

Per Brad Pitt's interview when he premier his movie IB in Spain and when asked what movie he's gonna do next the only pre-quel he's waiting for is his and tarantino's hit movie Inglorious Basterds this was just a rumor to generate interest for the upcoming movie Sherlock Holmes. So Bra Pitt hater can now stop bashing Brad.
