Brad Pitt Is Rough And Tough In The New Killing Them Softly Trailer
Posted on Thu Aug 2, 2012 09:00 AM PDT
Brad Pitt is almost too believable as a bad guy!
The trailer has been released for Killing Them Softly, and our favorite Hollywood hunk plays a cold blooded hit man hired to avenge a high stakes card game robbery.
The film marks a reteaming of Pitt with his Assassination of Jesse James director Andrew Dominik, and it's already gotten rave reviews from the Cannes Film Festival, where it premiered ahead of its nationwide theatrical release. The film is an adaptation of George V. Higgins' 1974 crime novel "Cogan's Trade", which was set in Boston but has been moved to New Orleans for the movie version.
"Have you ever killed anyone?" Pitt asks in a clip of the teaser. "They cry and they plead. They call for their mothers." Adding, "I like to kill them softly, from a distance."
We bet Angelina gave Brad plenty of tips on how to channel his dark side!
Will you see the movie when it hits theaters?
