Yesterday we spotted Hangover hottie Bradley Cooper leaving the gym in Beverly Hills, and we've always thought he was smokin' hot, but it seems like he's one of those stars who looks better when he's a bit more dolled up. Sigh, I guess not everyone can be a natural beauty like Lindsay or Paris!
At least he's keeping that killer six pack in shape though!
