Bradley Cooper was spotted leaving the gym yesterday with a muscular blonde woman who's not girlfriend Renee Zellweger!
She looks too cute to be a trainer, so should Renee be worried he's replaced her with a look-a-like?
Although it looks like this one actually opens her eyes instead of squints!
