Brandon Davis spent the better part of Friday with his new pal Petra Ecclestone, and whether it was going to Madeo or getting spray tans, they seemed to be joined at the hip! Mischa Barton's ex-boyfriend was later spotted chilling with Petra and her entourage at the Chateau Marmont, and after taking off from the Hollywood hot spot, the group headed to a private house party in the Hills. What a day!

Two months after being arrested for cocaine possession, oil heir Brandon Davis pleaded guilty to the charge in an LA court Thursday morning.

Davis, 31, was arrested outside of Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood on April 28. Police were called after Davis reportedly punched comedian Ben Gleib. Cocaine was found on Davis, who was released on $10,000 bail.

Thursday morning he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and no-contest to the battery charge. He was ordered to enter a drug diversion program. If he completes the program, both charges will be dropped.

Hollywood bad boy Brandon Davis is a free man after spending the morning in jail after an arrest for felony drug possession.

Aladdin Bail Bonds posted the oil heir's $10,000 bail. And oops, Davis seems to have left a shoe behind on the way out of the slammer!

Davis's troubles began last night at the Roosevelt Hotel where he was reportedly denied entrance to Beacher's Madhouse. A sidewalk fight ensued between Davis and comedian Ben Gleib (a regular on Chelsea Lately) and the Hollywood Police Department arrived at 4 am after receiving a call.

Davis was arrested for possession of a narcotic believed to be cocaine.

Brandon Davis had a rather unusual night following his dinner at Boa Steakhouse. The oil heir is seen in the photo above leaving the Hollywood eatery looking very serious.

Davis left Boa and hit up the Roosevelt Hotel where he reportedly was denied at Beacher's Madhouse. The Hollywood Police Department were then called after the 30-year-old bad boy got into a fight with funny guy Ben Gleib.

Once cops arrived just after 4am, Davis was arrested for felony drug possession. According to the LAPD, he was booked just before 5am and is being held on $10,000 bail.
