The young starlet, who's engaged to Trace Cyrus, grabbed lunch with a gal pal in Studio City while wearing short jeans shorts and a "Slayher" shirt. For a second, we thought she was paying tribute to the old school metal band Slayer.
But we love how she and her sister-in-law, Miley Cyrus, both like to show off their legs in daisy dukes!
Wonder what kind of dress Brenda plans on wearing for her big wedding day. No doubt, Miley will look sexy in her bridesmaid gown. Ooh ... maybe the newly engaged Hannah Montana star will have a double wedding with her bro!
