I'm a mom of 3, and there's nothing wrong with how Bridget is holding her son! She's just placing him on her shoulder with his head leaning forward. This is perfectly safe. As for Bridget, she looks great...but these photos don't even show enough of her to judge, so anyone who says she looks huge is making it up! Cute baby. Obviously loving mom.

I might add that one cannot physically put a baby on their should EXCEPT like this. Otherwise one would only be holding the baby with hand when - BELIEVE ME - you need two. A head tucked forward is fine...it is the head BACKWARD or, to a lesser extent, to the side that strains the neck muscles. Have any of you posters ever taken care of a baby???

She does look great. BTW, I'm a mom of 3 as well and honestly my first thought was that she is not holding him properly. She's not going to injure him or anything, just looks uncomfortable for the little guy (however, he seems not to notice).

Everyone gets so critical for this new Mom. Geez - have you never been a new Mom. I remember people used to get so nervous when I hold my first wrong - this and that. Hey babies are resilient at this stage and forward lean is OK! Also babies now are stronger than we used to be. At one month, most can hold their heads up from a face down position. The doctors explained to my niece that children are advancing way faster now then ever, probably due to all the hormones in our food!

She looks like she is about to drop the little guy over her shoulder in the second pic...and could we BE any more desperate as to constantly flaunt the initials MINUS any hint of daddy?

When you take a baby out of their seat you hold your hand on their bottom and your other hand around the back of their neck. You never let a newborns head flop around.

She used him to gain fame...when they hooked up, it was after the first super bowl when every gal in Tinsel town was pursuing him to gain fame. She just happened to win out. She's obviously got YOU fooled, but I can assure you, as a fan of the Pats and Brady himself that he's a classy guy. He could have denied that the baby was his in the first place, or called her a liar in public, or just never said anything at all. But he didn't. He took responsibility and has stated numerous times he WANTS to be involved. No, he can't be there every second of every day...she moved away, and he can't go running after her because he's under contract. And he'll probably be in Boston for another 5 or 6 years. But that doesn't mean he's not gonna be the best father he CAN be. I'd put money down that he gets a place in LA for the off season before the end of this season...that's just the kind of guy he is.

And why should he have stayed in a miserable relationship? For the sake of the kid? PUH-LEEEZE stop with that!! If Bridget would get over her bitter freeze out, they would have much better circumstances now than they did living together.

I guess I just don't get how she is the saint in all of this, and he's the villan. They parted ways...it was announced early to mid december that they had an "amlicable split several weeks prior" to the announcement. They ended on pretty good terms. Then, when Tom gets another girlfriend, kinda fast, she gets all jealous (as have I in years past) and gets pissy with him. Then she discovers that she's got a baby Brady bun in the oven as she's seeing pics of him all over with this new gal pal (who IS a rebound relationship...it is for both) which makes her even more bitter. So she turns on him and suddenly it isn't so amlicable anymore.

I'd bet, based on what the fans of New England know about Tom, he probably tried to be apart of the pregnancy...as much as an EX can be. No, he wasn't there for the morning sickness or middle of the night craving runs. But how the hell do you guys know he didn't go out to LA for important doctor visits or to help pick stuff out...or any of that other important shit? You don't...you just assume he wasn't there because they're not together anymore. I'm not saying he WAS there cause I have no proof. But we don't know. We do know he hopped a plane when he should have been in practice and team meetings to go be there for his birth. But for all we know, he could be sneaking out to LA once a week for visits with his kid...and getting back to Boston, VIA PRIVATE JET, before anyone realizes he's gone. NONE OF US KNOW!!!

We know how it appears to each of us, and yes, I see HER as the jealous bitter ex-girlfriend who un-successfully tried to trap him when she saw it was crashing down around her... Doesn't mean I'm right...doesn't mean I'm wrong either. None of us will ever know because neither of them have talked openly about it...and they shouldn't have to.

Anonymous" here - you can't be more wrong. There's more to this story than any of us know - one thing for sure it's Bridget with the upper hand in this. She's been so classy through all this which is why many people are hating her. They expect her to have crumbled and cry on every talk show, but no, she's held her head up high and walk through heavy storms of criticism, but came through on the other side unmarked. She has now the most precious bundle of joy and she's proud to show him off. She has resumed her life, the life that she knew before Tom.

At the end of the day, there's one loser and that is the father of the child. No, there's no proof that he's been in LA or not, but I'll bet my bank that if he had been there'd be news of it. The fame hog would have made sure that someone saw him coming and going like he did at the hospital. His going to the birth was brought on by tremendous pressure of the media and public. Even though he was heard saying it was up to the coach, behind the scenes, it was both his bosses commanding his presence. That's why he was pissed, not because he wanted to go, but because he was forced to go. Kraft using his plane to send him while Kyle Brady had a baby the same day didn't get that treatment, what sort of message does that show the team? Only reasoning is that Kraft sent him!

Hence, they didn't have a WHOLE lot of public appearances together, and they tried to keep everything low key, rarely photographed together out and about. You think people care about getting HIS pic when he's photographed with Gisele? Uh, NOOO...Gisele has been one of the most photographed women on the planet for a while...meaning, we've seen more of her off stage than we do a number of others. The photogs are TOTALLY after her pic.

What kind of woman finds out she's knocked up then moves across the country to get AWAY from daddy...a daddy she couldn't live without for three years prior to the event. Mr. Brady is very classy, and always has been. Again, he's never flaunted his self off the field...he turns down endorsement deals that would have HIM all over the TV like you see Peyton Manning. He's had a few magazine covers over the years, but he wants to talk about the game...the team...his career. We don't know a whole lot of personal details of him...he likes U2, he has a couple of sisters, he's catholic, he dated Bridget for 3 years, now he's with Gisele...which is only known because people have been taking her pics. He never has talked about his relationship with her. He never talked about Bridget...would always skirt the subject of her.

My ex left me pregnant... I never told him I was... I lost the baby about 3 weeks after he left cause I slipped on the ice and fell hard...it was already not looking good cause of the immense stress I was under after splitting up with the man I thought I was going to marry... There are a number of reasons I didn't tell him. I wouldn't have told him had I carried it to term...ever. There are a number of reasons.

That said, I STILL side with Tom Brady over this. Bridget is doing whatever she can to hurt Tom. The relationship wasn't working out...so they broke up...amlicably split last NOVEMBER. The way this "classy, elegant woman" has delt with the announcement and everything after is just pathetic. She's trying to hurt him; and I'm sure it's working. Tom has a heart of gold. He wasn't parading her around...3:23...they were out doing everyday business and were photographed...not their choice to have their personal private business put on display like that. I don't see MUCH of them in all reality. There is an occasional pic of them out running errands, but have they hit a red carpet together? NO... Have they publically discussed their relationship? NO... No official outtings as a hot couple. He's not parading her around...just living his life, and as far as you all have said, that's ok for him to do because the former couple is a FORMER couple.
